Made for families, not advertisers.
We know AI plus kids is a fair thing to be cautious about. Here’s exactly how IQnition is built to earn your trust.
Parent-controlled by default
A child can’t join IQnition until you approve them. Once approved, they sign in with a private 6-digit code you generate from your parent dashboard — no email, no password, nothing anyone can steal. You can revoke or regenerate the code at any time.
Server-side safety gateway
Every AI response passes through a two-layer safety check on our server: a deterministic keyword floor plus an intent-aware moderation classifier. The classifier is designed to separate topic from intent — a question about Macbeth doesn’t trigger a violence alert, but a real self-harm intent does trigger a parent notification and a platform-owned crisis referral.
COPPA and FERPA-conscious
- Children under 13 can’t use IQnition until a parent gives verifiable consent.
- Kids never create an email/password account.
- Tutoring conversations power the product — never advertising.
- You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
No ads. No data selling.
We don’t sell data and we don’t run ads. Ever. Our business model is a simple subscription paid by parents.
